Alliance Protecting Pennsylvania Inc. is a nonprofit social welfare organization organized and operating under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Organization is established to promote social welfare within the meaning of federal law.

 

Contributions to Alliance Protecting Pennsylvania Inc. are generally not deductible as charitable contributions or ordinary and necessary business expenses for federal income tax purposes. Donors are encouraged to consult with their own tax advisors regarding the tax treatment of any contributions. 

 

Contributions are accepted for the general purposes of the Organization and are used to support its mission, programs, and activities consistent with applicable federal and Pennsylvania law. Contributions are not earmarked for candidate campaigns.

 

Alliance Protecting Pennsylvania Inc. may accept contributions from individuals, corporations, labor organizations, and trade associations

for the general purposes of the Organization, consistent with applicable federal and Pennsylvania law. The Organization does not accept contributions from foreign nationals or foreign entities.

 

Contributions are not earmarked for candidate campaigns. Alliance Protecting Pennsylvania Inc. may engage in issue advocacy and lobbying activities consistent with its social welfare mission and applicable law.

 

Alliance Protecting Pennsylvania Inc. is registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of State, Bureau of Charitable Organizations. Official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling

Alliance Protecting Pennsylvania Inc. generally does not disclose the names of its donors to the public, except as required by law.
